By downloading, installing, or using the BitXFarm mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and BitXFarm (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the App and related cloud-based services.

2. Cloud Mining Service

2.1 Service Nature

  • All cryptocurrency mining computations occur exclusively on secure remote cloud servers.

  • The App functions solely as a monitoring and management interface.

  • No mining processes operate on the user’s device.

  • The App does not use device CPU, GPU, battery, storage, or network resources for mining purposes.

  • The App provides access to cloud-hosted computational services and related performance data.

2.2 Earnings and Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency mining and digital asset activities involve significant risk.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No profits, returns, or earnings are guaranteed.

  • Market conditions are volatile and unpredictable.

  • Digital asset values may rise or fall.

  • Participation should only involve funds you can afford to lose.

Actual outcomes may vary based on:

  • Cryptocurrency market conditions

  • Blockchain network difficulty

  • Cloud infrastructure performance

  • Server availability

  • Regulatory or legal changes

3. License and Restrictions

3.1 Granted Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the App on authorized devices.

  • Access the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.2 Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Modify or create derivative works.

  • Exploit security vulnerabilities.

  • Use automated systems or bots.

  • Share or transfer account credentials.

  • Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Provide false information

  • Breach applicable laws

4.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All granted licenses immediately cease.

  • You must stop using and delete the App.

  • Any outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

  • Material updates may be communicated via in-app notifications.
